Livingston Dermatology Associates has been in the forefront of cosmetic and general dermatology since its inception here in Livingston more than 30 years ago. Livingston Dermatology is known to be one of the leading providers of Botox in the entire state. The owner, Dr. C.W. Sciales, the former president of the Dermatological Society of New Jersey, is the only dermatologist in the area recognized by Allergan (the makers of Botox) as a National Education Faculty member. As a member, Dr. Sciales is certified to teach other Dermatologists and surgeons in the proper use of Botox. Indeed it is comforting to have a Botox instructor administering your treatment.
The practice has been a leader in dermatologic laser therapy for over 15 years. We have five state-of-the-art lasers on site for rejuvenation, acne, treatment of freckles, tattoo removal, facial and leg veins, and hair removal. In fact, we have two hair removal lasers which allow them to treat any skin color.
Livingston Dermatology Associates is a major teaching center for the area's medical and dermatology residents. We provide comprehensive treatment of all general and surgical dermatological conditions. The practice has its own MOHS Surgeon for the specialized removal of skin cancers, and we have PUVA light therapy for treatment of body as well and hand and foot skin conditions.
